When the hour of his judgment has arrived, there will be time to repent if you are still alive.
Whether you have sinned or not since your birth, you are still a sinner by nature. Since Adam is the father of all humans who sinned in the garden of Eden by disobeying God when he ate from the apple, therefore we are all sinners.
Since we are alive today, we should stop sinning (repent) now while there is still time. Although we may live another 100 years which means we do not have to really stop sinning (repent) today because we have plenty of time to do so before we die.
If you are not sure you have 100 years left to live, you should stop sinning (repent) immediately if you want to go to Heaven when you die. I wrote you should stop sinning (repent) now if you want to go to Heaven when you die but believe me, I know it is not easy to stop sinning, but you should try to stop sinning, you will need Jesus’s help, so ask him for help.
I met Jesus two years ago and he is helping me get rid of my sins, but there are still some sins I have not kicked yet, but I am working on them and praying daily. Do not expect all of your sins to disappear overnight, because Satan wants you to keep on sinning until it is too late for you to be saved.
Now I have said all of that, let me get back to the topic “There will be Time to Repent”. I once thought when the hour of his judgment has arrived it would be too late to stop sinning (repent). After reading Revelation 14:7 NIV * 7 He said in a loud voice, “Fear God and give Him glory because the hour of his judgment has come. Worship him who made the heavens, the earth, the sea, and the springs of water.”
Below is what happens to people who do not stop sinning (repent). Jesus will require you to accept the mark of the beast.
Revelation 14: 9-11 NIV * 9 A third angel followed them and said in a loud voice: “If anyone worships the beast and its image and receives its mark on their forehead or on their hand, 10 they, too, will drink the wine of God’s fury, which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath. They will be tormented with burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb. 11 And the smoke of their torment will rise forever and ever. There will be no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and its image, or for anyone who receives the mark of its name.”
Revelation 14: 17-20 NI * 17 Another angel came out of the temple in heaven, and he too had a sharp sickle. 18 Still another angel, who had charge of the fire, came from the altar, and called in a loud voice to him who had the sharp sickle, “Take your sharp sickle and gather the clusters of grapes from the earth’s vine, because its grapes are ripe.” 19 The angel swung his sickle on the earth, gathered its grapes, and threw them into the great winepress of God’s wrath. 20 They were trampled in the winepress outside the city, and blood flowed out of the press, rising as high as the horses’ bridles for a distance of 1,600 stadia.
Revelation 16:8-9 NIV * 8 The fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and the sun was allowed to scorch people with fire. 9 They were seared by the intense heat, and they cursed the name of God, who had control over these plagues, but they refused to repent and glorify him.
Revelation 16:10-11 NIV * 10 The fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and its kingdom was plunged into darkness. People gnawed their tongues in agony 11 and cursed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, but they refused to repent of what they had done.
I hope you enjoyed this post.
